I have a problem with Arrow

No current problems

- Some players would like to see additional game modes

- Some players would like to see more power-ups or boosts

- Some players find the characters too similar to gems

- Some players experience ads during gameplay, although they can be clicked out of quickly

He’ll High isn’t working on the app, I’ve heard of this happening for a lot of other users as well, but only for this movie. Thanks!

To resolve Arrow network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the Arrow App
1. On android, goto Settings » Arrow » click [Force Stop]

Clear Arrow App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Arrow » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Arrow.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Arrow » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Arrow » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
