TBT app locks up immediately when opened on our I-pad. Nothing functions. No navigation. Works just fine on our I-phone and Android phones. I have cleared the cache and closed all other apps, and still nothing. Thank you for any help.
The Times has been offline for my Samsung tablet all day today, November 2, 2023. This morning was loading yesterday's edition. I cleared my cache Andre booted the tablet. Still not Ok.
I wanted to read the 10/1 edition on 10/2. The 10/1 edition was not available to download. It seems that some days are not available randomly. Please explain, fix problem?
I can’t connect to the e newspaper anymore. WHY???

Unable to download latest edition to my iPad once again. Have only been able to get the paper about 50% of the time, so I’m starting to lose interest. Please add an explicit “Download Latest Edition” button that actually works or cancel my subscription. Thank you.
Email with todays paper did not show up.
When I select down load all I am only getting some pages. Even if I slect each one I am only getting a few pages.

Your Tampa Bay Times App isn't working. When I click on it Dec 31, 2022 newspaper appears, seems to be stuck on Dec 31,2022 paper. Tried erasing app and re-installing, even rebooting my computer but to no avail. Worked in the past what gives?
We were unable to get the enewspaper yesterday and again today. Upon opening the app, the front page appears. Tapping on the page, the account login screen appears. Upon entering the email and password info, It immediately says invalid email and invalid password. All has been fine until yesterday. Help!!
I cannot read the e-newspaper. I was able to read it all the days before this morning. I have wasted over 45 minutes trying to get the e-newspaper to no avail. Why did you have to change ??? I had the toolbar with the Times and when I clicked the paper would appear.
