The only way one can log on to the Tampa Bay Times enewspaper is through “Tampa Bay Times” Wants to Use “authority.com” to sign in. This allows the app and website to share information about you”. Version 1.7.3 This is unacceptable-I do NOT want an app to share information about me. If this is the only way I can get the e newspaper I will cancel my subscription. I have been getting the paper for 28 years. I DO NOT WANT SOMEONE TO SELL MY “INFORMATION”! Help!

App does not work. Get yesterdays paper. Happens at least half of the time. No longer receive Morning day starter in email. This is all so terrible. I am very close to just cancelling paper. This never happened before your “so called” upgrade.

Interactive Games does not work on new improved e-edition. New e-edition is a hot mess and we will not be renewing the newspaper.

App is stuck on the prior day’s edition. Can’t exit or get to the home page. This app has been inconsistent for more than a week.

Incredible TBT could screw up a new App this so bad, and then not be able to provide any help to fix it. Worthless !

New app has not worked since it replaced the old one > a week ago!!!! Samsung android. Freezes, stops working. Uninstalled re download install etc etc no change. Wasted hours trying to fix this!!

I am visually impared. Your previous e-newspaper I was able to click on a articel from the displayed page and it would appear as a single column on a black backround with white lettering (My low vision setting) then I was able to zoom the one column so that the lettering was 1/2 inch big, then scrooling up to read the enlarged artice to the end. Now when I click on a article on your new e-newspaper I still get the black backrount with white lettering that is not in a single column and not able to enlarge the small print that I cannot read. Yes I can zoom the page to read the artice (Not click on the article) but the large print is in black with a white backround which is hard for me to read. Also your previous e-newspaper was MUCH easier to navigate, find sections, (News, Sports, Local and State, Business, etc. etc.) and read. Fire whoever came up with this new improved??????? e-newspaper and scrap it and return to the previous e-newspaper format. I am sure that I am not the only person with macular degeneration that cannot or has a difficult time reading your new e-newspaper format. Don"t tell me I can use the text to speech function as I was able to comfortably read the previous e-newspaper by zooming in the single column for large print on a black backround with white letters and simply scrooling from top to bottom to read the article. I assume this change was performed by people who are not visually impaired as myself. I don't like to bitch and complain without giving a solution to the issue. With that said I think you may understand what my problem is with the new e-newspaper and how to correct it for me and other visually impaired people. If you need any clarity to what the problems are for the visually impaired or how to improve the e-newspaper so the visually inpaired can READ IT not have to listen to text to speech you can contact me at 7275305372. Can't get the app. I'm a paid subscriber

The app freezes on the green title page and won’t open to the paper. I have powered down and restarted ipad, Closed and opened app, looked for updates. Same green title screen

Lost my app for e-edition. How can I get it back?
