I did not receive the TV Weekly (w/delivery of my newspaper) on 11-08-2023. I spoke w/ a rep @ TV Weekly on 11-10 & she said " Will call over there and have one delivered" No delivery! I called TV Weekly on 11-12-2023 & she said "I will ask newspaper personnel to deliver within the next 24-48 hrs". Today,11-13-23 called TV Weekly & the response today was "Did I call TB Times as they deliver the TV Weekly as they deliver them to TB Times 10 days in advance. So here I am! I tried calling but am still hearing the TB Times message. Perhaps it can be delivered w/ Wednesday's paper? After 20 mins I am hanging up. I would appreciate a response of some sort. Thanks!
I renewed my account on August 31, 2023 and payed. I have yet to receive the Sunday paper. I have called to no availe and have been on hold this morning for over 30 minutes. My address is: 9099 Lake Seminole Dr., Largo, 33773. I just spoke to a representative. She just said I had only signed up for digital. That has never been my intent! It seems the August 31 phone call was not documented, a lady from the Tampa Bay Times called me on that day because it was the last day for special pricing. I have canceled. I support the newspaper but not how the Tampa Bay Times does business....so sad!
Yes, home delivery stinks. There is no way to be sure if you'll get it due to the impossible way and frustration process of trying to get in contact with customer service/delivery.
I want to know how to access archive…..ie previous paper articles. There is NO way to talk with a person ??? Please give me a person. Thank you

It’s a constant source of irritation to read the obvious biased left wing socialist leaning TBT. The constant bashing of our elected POUS is a constant reminder of the liberal and unfair reporters/editors who manage TBT. Our only recourse is to refuse to renew our subscription after 25 years, which is our intent. We’ll also encourage others to follow our lead. Journalism should be a fair representation of happenings, and biased presentations by TBT are so obvious, I am confident your publication is eventually going away. I can only hope for a new organization to produce a fair representation of the news someday.

Since the Tampa Tribune closed and the TBT became the only major newspaper in the Tampa Bay Area, half of our community’s opinions have been ignored and even trampled. Coverage is unbalanced and it is clear that TBT strongly favors the Democratic Party platform. Most articles and certainly columns prop up democratic candidates and attempt to take down their opponents. News is printed that has not been properly vetted, and conservative voices have been mostly silenced. That would be fine if the Tribune still existed, but when it was purchased and closed, it put the responsibility squarely on the TBT to be more balanced, fair and accurate - which has not occurred. Even Politifact will justify an inconvenient truth about a candidate or position that the paper supports, while affording the other side no such courtesy. Put Joe Guidry back on your editorial staff at least so many of us can hear at least on reasoned and nonpartisan voice.

First we went from a home delivered paper paper to a digital subscription. We adjusted, although it wasn’t always easy to read due to wi fi issues.
Then Apple decided to change its operating system. Now it’s a major achievement to get the paper in a readable format. Getting the front page to appear requires many more steps than it used to. Certain comic strips are hardly readable because, e.g., Zits’s title block is so big that it makes the other frames tiny.
I feel sorry for today’s journalists and for Americans. Will journalists have jobs in a few years? Where will citizens get informed?
My husband loves the paper for its extensive investigative reports.
I would prefer more coverage of issues that directly affect me, as well as a broader picture of what is happening around the world.
