- Completely changed the app so that even experienced users are dumbfounded

- Issues with quality

- Selective adjustments don't save

- No landscape mode

Instead of opening my usual Polarr I was shown some Chinese writing with choice of 2 options. This happened many times. On tapping on one of the options Polarr did indeed open but it is not the same, nowhere as good, with lots of pressure to choose other people's edits instead of doing my own. The usual option of 'sky, vegetation, foreground' editing has disappeared. As has the 'brush' option. Polarr has become useless. I will u subscribe if this continues.

Hi, so when I open polarr, I try to open a few photos at once lets say 4. It won't let me load other photos and keeps saying that I have insufficient storage for photos to load but I have 16.3 GB of storage available on my Mac. It's just really annoying.

How to fix Polarr app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Polarr app on iPhone
Update Polarr app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Polarr iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Polarr on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Polarr network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Polarr Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Polarr not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Polarr App
1. On android, goto Settings » Polarr » click [Force Stop]

Update Polarr to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Polarr App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Polarr » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Polarr.

Fix Polarr unable to contact server/ Polarr internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Polarr » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Polarr » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Polarr
