The worst app I’ve ever used for banking. Never saves your password. Have to change your password all the time. Tells you password isn’t right but when you go to reset that you can’t use the last used password.

I am not able to enter pending transactions. This is a negative feature and very frustrating. It makes this new system feel antiquated that it cannot handle a simple task such as this. I am hoping an update on this new system will be happening quickly to rectify this problem.

This new system also has a messier look to it when reading through an account’s transactions compared to the previous stream lined version.

The older version was simple and easy to use. Literally only 3-4 things needed to be done to get what you wanted out of BeaconCreditUnion . Now that the new version is here everything is thrown in you face, load times are slow and instead of showing the accounts that I primarily use it shows all of them which isn’t needed and takes up space and adds confusion

Almost a week to log in to new site. The website on our computer was the only way to access Beacon banking. Finally able to access on my iPhone after 5 days. Tried everything to access site. Called help center twice and really no help. Just waited and did all updates to iPhone. Still did not work. I believe they had IT problems. I really feel sorry for people who will have overdraft problems.

The previous version from early last year was designed better than this update. Whenever myself or my husband go to make a money transfer it will allow you to pick the first account the money is transferred from, however when you pick the second account the screen goes blank and you have to go back to the main account screen. It usually happens multiple times in a row making money transfers extremely difficult and frustrating. Especially if you are checking out at a store and may need to move money for those purchases. Also the many times you have to verify your account despite having used it that day is also very frustrating. Now they have a constant add/banner on top of the screen for their free credit check. Overall not at all impressed with this current update. It is very annoying and frustrating to use.

Love the bank just not BeaconCreditUnion update not to long ago. It’s very slow. When it also comes to transferring money between my accounts it glitches out on me a lot and turns my screen white. Those are the only two problems I’ve had for now

App cannot get password and face recognition to work. I continue to get notified I have to enter my password. Need to give reason if a deposit is rejected so user knows how to fix it! Also when viewing a check in the account register, needs a back button so you don’t get kicked out to the main account screen and have to go back through that to your register and find your place again.

BeaconCreditUnion definitely needed an update, and I’m not necessarily mad at this one. However, it does run incredibly slow now. I like that they added the feature to transfer to accounts outside of your own on BeaconCreditUnion , but I’m still waiting for purchase alerts! I have the text message alerts but app alerts would be nicer.

Not a fan of now having to turn my iPad sideways to do a transaction.
Also not a fan that my fingerprint ID never works to sign into my accounts.
But Iam a fan of the convenience of transferring money to my different account from the comforts of my home.

The other app worked much better!!! I only gave it four stars because I like the bank and you guys have always been wonderful.

I liked the less cluttered fonts and styling of the previous version while the newer features here are fantastic. If things could be more legible for the mobile application it would be even that much better.

Constantly wants multi layer verification minutes after last using it. The mobile deposit function won’t let you take pictures. Find a new app designer

I love BeaconCreditUnion! It only takes a minute to get the information I need. I actually think it takes less than a minute to do everything I need including transferring funds and anything else. I think it is exceptional.

Beacon Is my home town bank. The friendly staff are always willing to help with my questions and explain my banking options. I feel very comfortable with Beacon...
I made the right choice .

I am having problems with BeaconCreditUnion almost every time I try to use it. Before this I would have to change my password. Now it is a problem of not opening what I try to open or something else similar to that. I have used this type of phone several years but always have some type of problem. I will just keep trying!

Generally easy to maneuver through BeaconCreditUnion . I wish you could go back farther on the phone app I’m diamonds. I want to go one year back and it only let me go about six months back. But all in all it works pretty good. Works better than the teachers credit union app.

Notch customer service. I never use the drive through anymore because I love seeing all their faces.

App is great to have. Only issue I’m having is the fingerprint log in isn’t working and is force shuts BeaconCreditUnion off. I’m sure they will fix this on the next update

I know that recently BeaconCreditUnion has gone through a major overhaul, but it’s really slow on loading and switch back and forth between tabs. I love using the mobile app but it’s very hard to do things fast and on the go like I use to will the slow loading.

Works fine. Only issue is Touch ID doesn’t work after IOS 13 update. Please fix.
