the app gets hung up on calibration and wont work. I'm using a motorola 5g ace

Defective unit, failure to exchange

I purchased this product in, 9mm, 40 caliber, and my 45, along with the stand and phone holder. Upon receiving them, the units I purchased, the unit fir my 9mm was non operational out of the box. I changed the batteries, and tried everything I could to make the unit function, but to no avail. I then contacted the company, via their website, to let them know of my issue, with no response after several inquiries. I then took to social media to address my concerns, in hopes that I’d be able to get a simple defective exchange, and in fact exchanged information with several people, also providing a copy of my invoice. In several attempted follow ups, I was told I’d be contacted by a person by the name of Brian, whom I was told he would call me to address my concerns. Again, I followed up, via the Personal Messenger, along as social media, and in response, the company took it upon themselves to, “BLOCK” me, which then removed my comments from their social media comments. Now, as a result of these actions, I have no other choice but to pursue, other means of satisfaction, to get a simple exchange. I will be notifying Better Business, and possibly other resources available. This company willfully and blatantly refused to address any my dissatisfaction, in obtaining an exchange.

Good laser terrible terrible app

I’ve been using this product consistently for 3 months now. Every night 30 minutes to an hour. The laser module (bullet) that’s inserted into your firearm seats well and does what it’s supposed to do when struck by the firing pin. I’ve never had an issue with the device firing the laser. The issue lies in the software, the app. It’s terrible, there’s no other way to put it. The app recognizes and records maybe 20% of my laser hits. I’ve followed the instructions as to setting up the target in the cameras viewer letter by letter and still have this issue, running the app on a iPhone X. I wish I could throw the app out of the window but that would mean I have to throw my phone. I also paid for the paid version thinking the free version had limitations, no the app is just terrible. I will not recommend this product to anyone.

Horrible App

Great product, terrible app. It only picks up some shots, adds non fired shots randomly and if you purchase the add on timer and unlimited shots you will see this functions even worse as it will not record the final shot and defeats the purpose of timing and splits. Come on G-sight...if you are gonna charge these prices for the hardware update and correct the app so it’s actually usable. Anyone who ever shares this with a friend will only help deter the potential for another customer due to the horrible interface. I am returning this and buying from a reputable company.
