Why have I been charged twice purchasing credit from my accojnt

I wish I could give no star. This app is garbage and was developed very badly. I checked I was using the app, and added credit several times on an international call. It was not my first time using the app. But I ended up being charged $300 by my service provider for an international call I placed in Yola app. I called Yola, they were so rude and they blamed my service provider and my WiFi connection on the charges. I checked my bank account, Yola did charge me for the call on top of the charges I paid my service provider. I still have a $8 credit on my Yola and I still have to figure out how to get my money back. I am so disappointed and I feel ROBBED!
PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DONT USE THIS APP. This is the worst app I have ever used. I would have used WhatsApp but network in the country I called was not great that day.

i just started to use the service for 1st time & added the credit through Apple. I paid $4.99 but only getting $4 of credit. When contacted the Support, i was advised there’s a fee going through Apple. The support person stated i should top up at their site to avoid the extra fee. Well i tried & the site won’t allowed me stated ‘Authentication Required’. That was three days ago & the support still telling me they trying to resolve the issue! How reliable! I’m very unhappy with the support as how can it take that long still unable to resolve the situation? Don't they know they are losing money? Very frustrating!

I signed in yesterday and I bought the 8$ plan I made 1 call to AT&T today I tried to call my bank and it kept saying password not valid I logged out and tried to login they said contact support which I did they said you been blocked cuz payments or the number you called they asked me to take a screenshot for my receipt which I did they said we going to investigate and let you know I’m not happy at all !
