Not working at all
Since I signed up for toolani and purchased $10 to make international call but it has not worked. The flex access number assigned to me is also not working. I have complained twice and only once I got a reply. I have asked toolani to refund me my money since I cannot make any call period. I am going to look for another company. I am not going to get my family members sign up because Toolani doesn’t work. What a waste of my money and time.

This is ridiculous!!!
I call my mom and the phone doesn’t even ring out and all of a sudden you will hear her voice, and while we are still talking the call cuts off, and this happens over and over again, and to think that they said that the rate is 8.9c/min to cell phones to Nigeria only to find out that the lowest min rate is 14c is a blindfold and outright ripoff and ridiculous. Horrible😡

My call Was never connected they still takes my minute each time email them in regard to credit back my minutes no one address my concern.. i don’t even know or see where to remove my billing account information there’s never a customer service when I try to chat or email my email have never reply still nothing.
