I have a problem with Slidebox

User reports:
No current problems

- No quick training highlight for more nuanced features

- Cannot swipe to delete photos already in camera roll's favorites

- Premium version does not have a feature for detecting duplicate photos as advertised

- No option to sort photos from oldest to newest in the main photo view

- Cannot add each photo to multiple albums without adding it to one album first and then adding it to the others from there.

Moved photos to iPhone 14 pro max, not all transferred but now unable to open any folder, completely unresponsive

To resolve Slidebox network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the Slidebox App
1. On android, goto Settings » Slidebox » click [Force Stop]

Clear Slidebox App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Slidebox » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Slidebox.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Slidebox » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Slidebox » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Slidebox
