GreyStonePower needs some serious overhauling and in general so does the service provided. Constant connectivity errors and issues along with no way to check daily usage rates. Also needs a section to be able to turn on or off warning for payment due.
Update not complete/no option to update , unable to open app, app shuts down. Please fix!
This is one of the worse services I ever have,when it gets to used this application won't work to do a payment,plus they send you bill after pass do so they charge you for late fee or the make you go to there kiosk to pay bad service I'm leaving my apt so I don't have to deal this company anymore

GreyStonePower is incompatible with the new iPhones. Please update your app so I can pay my bill like a normal human. Thanks ! :)
It keeps telling me the version is not compatible but will not let me update anything.
This is a basic function. Paying you bill. Fix it.
When going to GreyStonePower I’m prompted to update GreyStonePower , but when I go to GreyStonePower Store, there is no new update. Therefore, I’m unable to sign in.
For as big of a company as GreyStone is, they SHOULD NOT be charging customers a convenience fee to use a credit card! Y’all could easily absorb that extra cost! Stop nickel and diming us to death!
Used to be a better app. Now one can’t check usage graph with breakdown details. I went from 20kwh a day to 60kwh with ac on. Wanted to know why... couldn’t check anything other than usage.
Message pops up that says I have the incorrect version but closes out once you press ok. My app is up to date in App Store. No updates available
GreyStonePower is terrible! Ever since the new app update is states it’s incompatible but it won’t let you update. Then it shows the account number and it’s not right and won’t let you change it. I never can sign in and even on the Web site!! Fix it please!!
Since the update GreyStonePower is impossible to even open! Old version worked great but with this update we can’t even get into our account now. It keeps closing when logging in, just kicks us right out , before even opening. Ugh! Super frustrated!!! PLEASE fix this!!
Can't view daily usage in a dollar amount :-( only able to see balance on what you have left the only usage you can view is a graph chart showing you power used last 30 days but doesn't show how much it costs on a daily average
GreyStonePower is still too basic for the technology era in 2024. As someone else stated you can only pay your bill.
Technical issues with app especially once iOS update to current update 16.1.1
I have not been able to ascertain if there is a phone number where customer service can help the customer! I have never called company only to learn that there is no customer service!
GreyStonePower is pretty far from being in any way pretty, but it works every time!
