I have used iExit Trucks for years and absolutely love it. The last three months it will not open. I’ve uninstalled it several times and tried everything that Google has told me too. I miss this app very much as I use it for my job all the time. I pilot oversize loads so this is a must for me. Any help I would deeply appreciate it. Have a great weekend.

As soon as I open the app it closes. I tried deleting and re-installing and it does the same thing. Any advice to help. Thanks, Tom

How to fix iExit Trucks app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the iExit Trucks app on iPhone
Update iExit Trucks app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall iExit Trucks iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix iExit Trucks on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve iExit Trucks network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

iExit Trucks Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix iExit Trucks not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the iExit Trucks App
1. On android, goto Settings » iExit Trucks » click [Force Stop]

Update iExit Trucks to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear iExit Trucks App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » iExit Trucks » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart iExit Trucks.

Fix iExit Trucks unable to contact server/ iExit Trucks internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click iExit Trucks » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto iExit Trucks » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch iExit Trucks
