HI Dears , Sunday i bought 4 tickets fro Indira paganoto on 13 of June , but i´not receive the tickets on my mail , and APP say no tickets for me , the payment ref is 4766649220514251

I was charged three times for a purchase I NEVER made! £99 total. I would like a refund or at least see the tickets they think I’ve purchased on my account. I haven’t even recieved a receipt or a confirmation email, they just charged me for nothing?!

Buenos días, El día 25 de agosto compré una entrada para el brunch in The park 24 de septiembre. Hice captura tanto del código de order y la entrada lo que pasa que ahora intento iniciar sesión pero no sé si me confundiría en una letra del correo o algo y no lo tengo por ningún lado y no podré acceder a coger mi entrada con el qr 48 horas antes. El código de order es RA23411807-626. Por favor si me dicen que puedo hacer para ver en qué usuario está la entrada o como puedo localizarla. En estos momentos tengo una entrada con el usuario victormoroparedes@redacted que es mi correo pero fue una entrada que compré ayer no la que compré el 25 de agosto. Tengo el cargo en mi cuenta y las capturas. Muchas gracias.

Its not letting me change the name on my ticket after i’ve taken it off RA Resale because it thinks its still listed! I’ve tried so many times and i cant find a phone number to contact customer support and i only have until tomorrow before the 48 hours til the event starts !!!

Hi, i’m having a problem with getting into my account to view my ticket, i have already paid for the ticket for “kettama” at liquid rooms which is tomorrow the 9th of october, i have the confirmation email to say i have paid for the ticket but i can’t seem to get into my account to view my already paid for ticket, i have tried updating/resetting password and it just keeps saying “failed to update password” Please advise Regards Robert Bathgate.

Update and lose all your artists.

Spent the last few years following your favorite artists? Say goodbye to your artist list because with the new update, RA has removed this section. Remember scrolling through your artists to see their upcoming performances? No more. Now you’ll need to remember each artist in your list and manually search for the artist. Can’t even begin to understand why RA has removed what is arguably the best feature of the app. Ugh.

Horrible Customer Service

You can’t even contact them, they don’t have a phone number and their email is useless. They haven’t refunded me my money from last years 2020 Rumors LA and they haven’t even replaced my tickets for new ones for the 2021 Rumors event. I need someone to contact me as soon as possible please. This is ridiculous.

This app and website were written with a “my first website” kit or something. The payment integration is ATROCIOUS. Have been trying to purchase tickets to no avail for the last hour. Gonna uninstall and just buy at the door because I’d rather pay extra than pay whoever made this service bye
