As a first time mom navigating the challenges of breastfeeding, the this app app has been one of my greatest resources. The ability to quickly speak to a lactation consultant is invaluable. In order to connect with someone through my hospital or doctors office or LC group, the process is always such a pain, but this app allows you to have someone virtually on call anytime you need help. I’ve been able to quickly ask about latch issues, get advice for pumping, and just talk though changes in breastfeeding.
Pacify allows chest-feeding individuals quick and easy answers about any of their lactation concerns. From latch to general questions about supply, this video chat-based response gives parents easy and trustworthy answers. Love it!
Sometimes it’s hard to get through but when you do, the consultants don’t rush you and are extremely helpful and positive. So grateful to sometime so on demand.

Pacify is amazing and absolutely worth it! Ask your insurance company if they cover it but if they don’t, rest assured that this is worth the money! The FaceTime hasn’t been glitchy at all and the guidance and advice given has been so reassuring, and you need that as a new mommy sometimes! All babies are different. My first had none of these issues, so to experience issues now as a second time mom can be so nerve racking!! Pacify is a life saver in times of despair! Lol really tho
Bf is really hard and having the accessibility to a consult anywhere anytime is amazing!! I wish they let you used the flashlight with the video but that is my only complaint. The consultants on Pacify have been so helpful in the moment.
I love the idea of having 24/7 help at my fingertips! Let’s face it...breastfeeding is HARD at times, and Mamas really need the support at all hours. Sometimes the consultants build confidence and calm the mother and sometimes the offer wonderful tips and support. I’ve called in twice now and have had a great experience both times.
I’m very glad they have an app like this because it’s a fast and convenient way to make sure you know any information at any moment just on your phone . No long ER waits for a question , no making appointments for questions , etc this is a very smart idea . Love it !

I thought I had seen it all with my first bf experience but my second really gave me a run for my money. Pacy was here to help- live help around the clock! These LCs should be getting paid just as well as full time nurses and doctors!
I’m a first time mom and have used the lactation specialist video call hotline 3 or 4 times already to help me troubleshoot the challenges of breastfeeding. Each time they’ve given me fantastic advice that has helped ease my mind, improve baby’s ability to nurse, and encourage me to continue nursing. So awesome to have this resource at my fingertips anytime I need it!
Using the this app app is very easy - I just clicked the button to be connected to a lactation specialist & had to wait a couple minutes for someone to be available. She was very friendly and informative, and answered all my questions. What a wonderful resource to have available!
