It has been fine in the past. Starting last week, their customer service said that they had problem with their backend and couldn’t fulfill any orders. After a day, I couldn’t reach their customer service at all. Everything just went to auto-reply. I requested a refund, and now a week later, it’s still not processed. Terrible customer service. Purchased virtual product through them. Got deposited to a different account. The customer representative stated that they transferred to the correct account and told me to hold on. No response from the seller after that. Such a terrible experience. Will definitely not try them again and will not recommend my friends to try them.

Asked for customer’s license and card info. They will also ask you to hold your id and take a selfie. When the system was down they won’t warn the customers just keep taking the money and turn down their customer support. I don't know what this is. It's all in Chinese. But I bought something for $0.17 USD. I don't know what that is either but it was only $0.17 so I couldn't pass it up.
