Please fix

I just get glide men only and it seems to be a very decent machine. But app never worked. I hope you repair this for our new users.

communication error.. i used HairRemoval for 3 months then all of a sudden it says i need an internet connection when i am connected to internet. so it’s useless

The same communication failure

I try to connect to my infinite device for hundred times. And it just never find my device. 👎🏻

I like the ideal of HairRemoval BUT HairRemoval doesn't have the Flash&Go 5k to pick from. So that makes HairRemoval useless to me and others.

I can’t register an account so HairRemoval is pointless unless I can get in. Hopefully they fix this soon.

Can’t register an account . Since HairRemoval is only for registered user, if I can’t register, it really useless for me

It simply won’t connect to my device and I am going to delete it.

HairRemoval does not work at all

When I connect my phone with device, app crashes every time! Please fix it, app is awful! It doesn’t work at all!

App was great the first two weeks but for some reason when I try to sign in again I get a communication error. Needs to be fixed

Doesn’t work, can’t even register. My model wasn’t evens as option. There’s no point in downloading this.

HairRemoval is terrible. The instructions are not clear, and some recorded things can not be modified. The most important thing is that Bluetooth can not connect. It is totally useless for me. I am so disappointed.

HairRemoval worked great for the first two treatments. After that, however, ever time it updates it would make me re register, losing all of my past/future treatment dates. It has done this twice now. It's really annoying. I'm not allowed to see future treatment instructions, so I have to keep a log so that I can put in information for HairRemoval to regenerate a treatment (which changes every time). This defeats the whole purpose for HairRemoval and now I don't know if the treatments will actually work.

HairRemoval never worked again after the second treatment. Every time I try to open it, it crashes. I am not able to even log in. This is useless.

After initially being able to register and enter my first treatment dates, I was unable to enter back into the site...seemingly the same "communication error" other reviews have mentioned. Frustrating!!!

They make you register for account in order to get the step-by-step instructions & tips... I'm not able to register because of a "communication failure while trying to connect to the server". So HairRemoval is useless until I'm able to register 😒

HairRemoval means well but you cannot edit or remove treatments once selected. I do all of my treatments on the same day, yet when I click on HairRemoval to start them, they show up as being completed and due on totally different dates. Why isn’t there a way to edit?

Great app but my product isn't listed. I hope this is fixed.
