For more than 3 weeks now the app doesn't work I un-installed it the re installed but still not working don't know what to do

When opening the app it says 'we are currently improving our services and will be back shortly' it has had the same message for some weeks now. I have uninstall the app and downloaded it again but still the same message, please advise.
