Close and restart the BLexi app on iPhone
Update BLexi app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall BLexi iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix BLexi on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve BLexi network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Fix BLexi not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent BLexi app issues:

Force Stop the BLexi App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click BLexi app. » click "Force Stop".

Update BLexi to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear BLexi App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "BLexi app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch BLexi.

Fix BLexi unable to contact server/ BLexi internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click BLexi » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got BLexi » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch BLexi on android.
