The games been downloading for 3 weeks and they thinking it's my phone or data but it's on they end

I’ve been reporting the issue for over two years now. It no longer lets me join trial of style events, I no longer get anything from going up Fame Levels. It’s impossible to advance in this game with out these things. It’s like the creators cap you at a certain point so you don’t make progress. Fix it. It’s been years now.

App keeps crashing, loosing all progress and money I’ve spent on gold. Also can not watch videos anymore for free gold.

The game takes a very long time to load all the restaurants, you have to keep the app open continuously touching the screen for a good 20-30 minutes. It’s very annoying and time consuming.

Entire game wiped out. When it loads now has me on first stage and does not have settings or anything else.

Ads not working for gold. It’s impossible to make any progress without it and the in app gold purchase price is disproportionately high. Losing interest in a game I’ve enjoyed literally for years

The app takes like 30mins to load all the restaurants. It's has been like that for a long time but support team can't do anything but asking me to check my connection. My connection is good, there must be something wrong with the app and I hope I'm not the only one. Also, as others said, not video to get free gold.

Same here. Video ads haven’t been working for at least a couple of weeks now. (At least now I know the problem is a common one.) Not motivated to continue playing, unfortunately.

Video rewards for gold won’t work? It says there are none available like I’ve used all of mine for the day but it’s been almost 2 weeks with no videos. I’ve tried from different internet connections, restarting my phone and the app, and even uninstalling and reinstalling it but it’s still not working
