Close and restart the Sonic Dash app on iPhone
Update Sonic Dash app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Sonic Dash iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Sonic Dash on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Sonic Dash network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fix Sonic Dash not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Sonic Dash App
1. On android, goto Settings » Sonic Dash » click [Force Stop]

Update Sonic Dash to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Sonic Dash App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Sonic Dash » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Sonic Dash.

Fix Sonic Dash unable to contact server/ Sonic Dash internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Sonic Dash » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Sonic Dash » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
