I am on the verge of closing my accounts entirely due to this trash app. The bank is great. The service is great. The employees and advisors are wonderful. But the app is absolutely worthless. Face ID is constantly disabled. It makes me change my password constantly. And the process for that is unnecessarily time consuming. Does it ask you to update or change your password on the app? No. Does it even tell you that that is the issue? No. It locks you out and forces you to log on to their webpage and do a manual password reset there in order to restore access to the app. Which if I’m lucky lasts 1-2 months at best. I do all my banking on my phone, on the go, and they take easily 7-8x longer than all my other accounts combined just to check a balance.

I’ve tried to do a mobile deposit 3 times and each time they reject it for a different reason. I will be taking my $125,000 out of my accounts my and somewhere else that appreciates me as a client!!!

Definitely on the fence about closing my account, mostly due to the app constantly being down, meeting updates but then not being able to update it. Also this bank doesn't accept instant deposit from Venmo etc. it's just kind of an inconvenience and behind the times
