Follow these steps to resolve intermittent PlaySight app issues:

Force Stop the PlaySight App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click PlaySight app. » click "Force Stop".

Update PlaySight to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear PlaySight App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "PlaySight app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
