90% restaurants no images, upgrade erased the rate on each dishes, no English menu anymore, no open details include big pictures for each dishes, high price on average(almost as high as in NY) high delivery fee on average
And they always show unknown errors and drop your order without a reason(actually the restaurant is closed or the system simply could not go through)
the list of restaurants are also quite limited, meaning at this stage Netpincer only benefits the business owners, not the customers, not at all!

Took approximately 1hr and 45
minutes to deliver a pizza. The restaurant was less than 2 miles away.. By the time it arrived it was cold and we had gone to bed thinking it would never arrive. We tried foodora once more thinking it must have been a one time thing, but turns out average delivery time was 1 hr and 45 minutes for any food from any restaurant. Can’t imagine why anyone would put up with this.

I needed 30 mins to input a new address for the order, it’s incredibly buggy. Pls test on iphone 7.
And can’t read reviews of restaurants which would be a pretty basic function for such an app.

And for the love of god, thousands of us have already complained about this and still you won’t do anything about it. MAKE foodora IN ENGLISH.
The option to change the language in foodora is useless. Some (VERY LITTLE) things are indeed translated to English but not all. Dozens of restaurants menu is still Hungarian, ingredients are Hungarian....

Honapok ota nem lehet visszajelzest adni az ettermekrol es a futarokrol. A chates ugyintezes gyakran nem elerheto es mar sokadszorra tortenik meg, hogy egy etel vagy az ajandek desszert kimaradt a rendelesunkbol. Az ilyen esetek kezelesere semmilyen lehetoseg nincs az alkalmazasban.

Amiota kiadtak az alkalmazasukat, azota hasznalhatatlan. Egy olyan hibat nem tudnak befoltozni, ami miatt, se rendelni, se semmit nem lehet csinalni.
Kivalasztod a Locationt, minden be van irva, kivalasztva > show restaurant klikk > majd jon a hibauzenet, hogy "a helyszin megadasa kotelezo"

1. Hogy 2021-ben egy cég ennyire alacsony színvonal szolgáltatást adjon, az is csak Magyarországon elképzelhető. Régen még fel lehetett hívni az ügyfélszolgálatot, ma már nem. Amikor a rendelésed a megadott kb 40 perces határidőhöz képest 1:50-nél jár, a chates kolléga teljesen inkompetens, mert nem tudja elérni a bezárt üzletet. Ez persze érthető, ha nem veszik fel neki sem a telefont, na de könyörgöm, én a NETPINCÉREN keresztül adtam fel a rendelést, ők is anyagi hasznot húznak a rendelésemből, így valamilyen szinten felelősséggel tartoznak érte. Az röhej, hogy a közvetítő széttárja a kezét, te meg dögölj éhen. Természetesen pár percenként szétfagy a chat, és a következő operátornak már a kezdheted az elejétől mesélni a panaszodat, amit ugyanazzal a semmitmondó válasszal kezel: megpróbál utánanézni. A chat utána szétkapcsol, és a kör kezdődik elölről. A rendelés persze sehol. (Plot Twist: végül megjött, majdnem 2 órás várakozás után, full hidegen) 2. Ezek 10 évvel le vannak maradva. Regisztrációnál add meg a telefonszámod. Beírom, közli a rendszer, hogy ez már használatban van. Öööö, oké. Hátha másik email címemmel regisztráltam (pedig nem). Megpróbálom azt is. Nem megy. HArmadik email cím. Nem megy. Érdekes, mert a futárok fel tudtak hívni. Akkor hogy lehet, hogy a rendszerk szerint nincs megadva telefonszámom, be sem tudom írni a profilomon, de a futár mégis fel tudott hívni korábban? Hogy ez miért baj? Mert a telefonos applikációs regisztációnál, amit ki szerettem volna próbálni egy ingyens mekis rendelés miatt, a saját email címemmel bejelentkezni enged ugyan, de a rendelést már nem tudom leadni, mert kiírja, hogy használatban van a telefnszámom. Most halál komolyan, képzeld el ezt bármilyen normális honlapnál 2021-ben. :D 3.) Bejelentkezel. Rákeresel az étteremre. Ha lehetne print screennt feltenni, feltölteném szívesen. Oda van írva: rendelési idő 25 perc. Oké. Válogatunk gyorsan, éhesek vagyunk, sietünk. (Persze a 2. pont ilyenkor történik, de mindegy) Végül párom regisztrál, neki sikerül. Leadjuk a rendelést. Akkor közli csak a rendszer(!!!!!), hogy az étterem zárva. :DDD Te, ezek normálisak? Miért nem jelenik meg az étteremnél (Meki), ha rákeresünk, hogy ZÁRVA, hülyegyerek, nem tudsz rendelni. Mert abból, hogy "Rendelési idő 25 perc", nem az következik, hogy zárva lenne. A logikai érzék az applikáció készítőjének nem hiszem, hogy erőssége volt, hiába informatikus. :) ÉRTÉKELÉS 3/10 (ezeken kívl nem volt gond, pedig hosszú évek óta rendelek. De ez az ügyfélszolgálatos megoldás egyszerűen undorítóÖ
