3 years agoGuys, it is already 1 hour 45 minutes that I am waiting for my order from a place which is 5 minutez sway from me. Though you charged my carx, the status of the order is unclear..And there is no way to check upon my order aAs you might guess, a respince " within 24 hours" is not what one expects gtom the food delivery service. Do you assume any respinsibility for tge quality of services you provide?

NO user friendly
90% restaurants no images, upgrade erased the rate on each dishes, no English menu anymore, no open details include big pictures for each dishes, high price on average(almost as high as in NY) high delivery fee on average And they always show unknown errors and drop your order without a reason(actually the restaurant is closed or the system simply could not go through) the list of restaurants are also quite limited, meaning at this stage Netpincer only benefits the business owners, not the customers, not at all!

Slow delivery service
Took approximately 1hr and 45 minutes to deliver a pizza. The restaurant was less than 2 miles away.. By the time it arrived it was cold and we had gone to bed thinking it would never arrive. We tried the app once more thinking it must have been a one time thing, but turns out average delivery time was 1 hr and 45 minutes for any food from any restaurant. Can’t imagine why anyone would put up with this.

Buggy, no reviews
I needed 30 mins to input a new address for the order, it’s incredibly buggy. Pls test on iphone 7. And can’t read reviews of restaurants which would be a pretty basic function for such an app.
