Offtop: Music Recording Studio Reviews

1st of all I appreciate the effort, and Offtop does have potential. It is though missing many elements that may make this worth the subscription to, though I will definitely NOT be subscribing after the free trial at least until features such as; “Undo,” “Redo,” “Save Progress” (to at least Cloud) and the crashing upon completion when trying to Save 5 times is the ultimate buzzkill!!! The other major update should be to save and to come back and edit. The only download I was able to actually complete, the beat was distorted and not even near half volume, while my vocals were even higher and pretty loud & clear still, I wasn’t even able to go back and make any type of changes to adjust volumes just one download and lose ALL progress. Also, vocal effects would be a nice touch as I have used several other apps basically identical just maybe more developed, with all of the same features I listed above.

It is a wonderful mobile recording studio for artists making music on the go!!! It has been two months since the last update went into effect & issues back then were fixed. There are a few new glitches I’m experiencing when I try loading Offtop & submitting songs. I sometimes lose my recordings & reload error pops up on the screen & Offtop doesn’t open, it freezes & crashes. If possible please fix these bugs ASAP. Blessings!!! 💯 S.till C.arry O.n SCO

Offtop is chock full of features and personally I’m excited to explore it. Upon first exploration I noticed you can only put effects on your voice in real time. So far with every app I search, it lacks a feature to edit vocals from voice memos. Would be cool to see that as a feature ❤️

You will get your device banned if M.G.E. Does not like you. You’ll get harassed on Offtop and since people that use Offtop know the developer they can get you banned or your device banned for just defending yourself because people got your real name and phone number and we’re putting it in all the comments. You can’t even defend yourself or you’ll get banned. I’m still making a complaint so the play developer program policies can be reviewed for this company. If your not cool with the developer you’ll get banned but the one harassing you will get unbanned so they can trash your name for no reason.

My app updated overnight and when I logged in today, the sessions I had recorded as recent as yesterday were not found. I pay for the full version of Offtop and this is pretty frustrating because I had some songs I really liked and wanted to finish, but now they’re all gone. All my lyric notes are accessible but not the recordings. Also, I tried to email this issue from Offtop website but the email link does not work.

This ap is the best. I can’t find another app where the beats really curve my attention. I been rapping on here for about 5 years+ recent upgrades are cool. But with the vocal edit. But honestly you can’t find a better ap where you can let your own run wild! Enjoy the ap n follow all my pages. I got 3 much luv to all the poets out here. Peace 93 till infinity

The link to contact this app doesn’t even work. You must scroll thru the terms and conditions (which you should read) to the bottom to get the email. In times of economic hardship I would think they would be a little more people friendly when it comes to this, as we are stuck inside not able to work to produce income or even interact with other people and use this as a platform for self expression. What an opportunity to bank of of others hardships for self gain!

I use this for all my songs, but recently I find that whenever I save a project and go to come back to it later all of the vocals are deleted. I know it’s not me forgetting to save because the vocal sections are still there, but the actual recorded bits are just gone. If there’s a fix to this please tell me because I really want to make more music with this. I also have subscribed to the paid plan and don’t want this to be a waste.

Still working on it but so far it seems good just need a better headset for myself one of my earphones record in delay the other records my own audio and replays it right after I say it into my headset

Payed for 2 subscriptions have receipts and app still telling me to upgrade money does not grow in trees get it together in this desperate time of need it’s a pandemic, I can’t keep buying premium with no activation!

Offtop has been a blessing to me with the time we’re in now I’m still able to records songs through Offtop a must have if your serious about music

Y’all really don’t even need pass 3 stars rating just because you gotta pay for a subscription to get auto tuned might as well in advance in going to a real studio😤then I couldn’t even add my voice because you can only add one voice thing to actually get more voice you pay for the subscription what is waste of money BANDLAB let you do everything freeeeee do not getttttt this appppp it’s a wasted of timeeeeee and moneyyyyyyyy

Music has always been a passion of mine and to be able to record easily and with such quality on the go is truly a game changer. Love the user interface. ❤️

Has a problem where when I record over vocals the previous recording still stays … even after I record over it very annoying pls fix

Hey love Offtop great idea simple interface could use a bit of more features like a help feature for frequently asked questions. But I’m having trouble downloading personal beats onto Offtop please help!

just fun and easy to use, seen other apps like it and they’re kinda trash with 2005 beats or something. i get lost on here and people are pretty supportive, def a must if you like or make music

Awesome app easy to use very good beat selection everything you can ask for from a studio app plus it’s even better with off top pro

Off Top is one of my favorite apps. It’s amazing! I use it everyday. It’s so good for making music with friends. Would highly recommend using Offtop!

The only issue I’m having as of late is I can’t respond to messages in my DMs. Other than that, amazing upgrades for an amazing app

Super clean layout inside Offtop . Very user friendly. Probably the best phone recording app I’ve used, if not the most aesthetically appealing.

Can you please add option where you can sync your voice to match the beat. I cant tell how many times I have had delete my tracks because my voice is off.

Offtop is amazing. Highly recommended. Everyone has so much talent here except for King Jimbler - he sounds like someone who drives a pretty lame car

I love Offtop but sometimes if you write raps on the note part they automatically delete I wrote a banger and it got deleted when I closed out Offtop 🤦‍♀️

I got no control over the equalizers while am recording, I use to could turn down the input gain while am recording now it just pure noise in the background.

All My crowns aren’t showing on my songs yet I’m getting mad notifications saying people people crowded my music and it won’t even show up on the top charts. fix! I want credit for all this work
