I use this app multiple times a day, but it pulls so much memory that it is becoming unusable. This app is in no way streamlined for heavy users. I've saved almost 1000 gifs as favorites, but there are no playlists, no rapid scrolling, so personal tagging features, so all of them appear as one giant list. The scrolling system is just broken. I have to wait for each gif to load before I can scroll to an earlier part of the list. I've spent 20 minutes just trying to get to the gif I need, even when I know exactly what and where it is. The app worked great when I had 10 favorites, now I'm lucky if I get through 1/10 of my favorites before it crashes. In some cases I have to quit every other app on my phone, then restart the phone, just to use the basic functions of this app.
I would switch to a different app in a second if it actually worked. They need to fire their entire UX team and find someone actually competent at the job.

I have tried everything to fix this problem for a month now including contacting the support email. After over a week of emails the problem still isn’t solved and it doesn’t seem like it will be. Every time I click “use” after I have selected a sticker it just goes know where land. I love the app I’m just feeling frustrated that no one seems to know what’s going on. I’m really sad since I was going to try to get verified as an artist.
Update : customer service is crap. after emailing for 2 weeks they can’t tell me how to fix the problem and basically told me to use my computer instead. I’m sorry but that’s ridiculous when I create my gif stickers from my iPad. I have never left an angry review before but this is infuriating. My iPad is brand new and I have not changed anything. It is a problem with the app but no one knows how to fix it apparently.

I cannot believe how simple this app seemed upon finding it and thinking it may be the very thing needed to make customizable gifs, notes, ways to communicate to text and express feelings. Instead, I would select photos and be told to select more or less photos, or to allow complete access to my device. NO CORRECT ACTION TO DO ANYTHING HERE IS AVAILABLE FOR CUSTOM TEXTS, or GIF NO MATTER FHE TIME SPENT NOR EFFORT APPLIED. SEEMS THE SPP ONLY WANTED ACCESS TO ALL MY INFORMATION , location and no amount was enough!!!
I cannot delete my account, if in fact , I was able to create one, without the use of a computer but, I was able to download the app, that seemingly can be used only with a computer, and not a phone, which it was readily downloaded with. I’m literate enough to make my own pics, texts etc. without the help of an app that is useless, to myself at least.
