9 months agoI've tried everything to get your Eason function properly was working properly for a few days and then about a 10 GB package and you guys cut me off at 5 gigabytes and it's pulling teeth try to get back on in every single time I do you cut me off again and disconnect me and disconnect me and disconnect me and it's almost impossible to get reconnected again I've got a uninstall them all the Sims I got I got to install more I've got to switch it from one to a physical Sim and then back to an ease him and even that doesn't work most of the time and it's just luck that I get back on to it do USim app that comes with it is entirely unhelpful. Nobody responds from support at all I just want my money back I'm tired of this, you guys take a bunch of my money. I paid for even more than that 10 GB, I had a lot of gigabytes of data on my account and you won't let use it.

The basic thing in the app isn't working
Offline mode doesn't work at all...it only shows map and connections when I'm connected on wifi,which makes this app useless for me. Also,whenever I am not online and enter the app,it is trying to download offline region that is already downloaded.

Does Not Work
It’s a scam and I instantly removed it after trying several of the ones it said was available in my area. All I got was an error message saying that the network I was trying to connect to was unavailable. Smh

It is me WI-FI passwords that are 7 miles away from me I have no way to connect them i’ve been trying to make this app work for seven months but it is not working I have tried for hours it does not work it is a scam!!!👎👎👎👎👎👎👎
