TimeClock Plus v7 Reviews

I have been using TimeClockPlusv7 for a year and had no problems with it. About a week ago, TimeClockPlusv7 would not even load for me to do anything with. I tried multiple times...killed TimeClockPlusv7 , restarted my phone...nothing worked. A few hours later I did get it to work. Now it’s happening again. Nothing I do will allow TimeClockPlusv7 the open. I’ll have to get a hold of my administrator to have her correct my punch times. I see there has been no update for a year!?! Maybe that’s part of the issue??

I am having to leave notes to my administrator on different entries to justify or explain time entry. It would be WONDERFUL to be able to read the notes I write after I submit them. It is quite frustrating that I have no record of sending the note. It would also be helpful to show on my screen, when a time entry has been corrected or changed. I don’t see these changes as being difficult to make and I hope you can incorporate them soon.

TimeClockPlusv7 offloaded itself from my phone over spring break because I wasn’t using it, and now it won’t even re-download itself onto my phone, much less open and work correctly. I double and triple checked that I have ample storage space and internet connection, but still it keeps saying that TimeClockPlusv7 “can’t be downloaded at this time.” Kind of a problem, because I very much need it. I’ve been trying for hours, with no luck at all. Highly frustrating.

If your company has “Time Sheets” APP or ADP, you have the best and most efficient mobile time clock process available. Our company switched to this one and it’s like operating an app from the beginning of app creation; full of bugs, performance is not smooth, choppy, always has bug and connection issues and not to mention appearance.
This needs a serious update from all angles of the employee clocking in and out.
Now I’m stuck with this one because our company demoted our insurance and Payroll overlords.

You have an offline mode to clock in offline. There are time where I’m out in the field and have no service and need to clock in and would love to have that feature work correctly.

Also can we have TimeClockPlusv7 updated for the iPhone X, Xs, and Xr? It’s starting to look dated running a cropped version of TimeClockPlusv7 .

Our business could not operate without it! My employees are able to view/approve hours and can easily request time off without having to do it through their supervisors or on a computer at the office.

I haven’t had any problems with it. I can see why some reviewers are confused when it’s a free app with no functionality. Your company has to pay for it and give you the address to use it.

After update on August 23, 2017, Clock in and out still not working properly. Top will say clocked in after completion of the clock In process, but when clocking out it will give a missed punch message. Very frustrating.

Compare to Kronos Mobile they have it down pat for the most part. The clocking in and out record log is a nightmare and not user friendly at all. I work very fast paced I don’t have time to sit there and do math or look through the horrible log interface to make sure it’s recording correctly.

It works well for me. It would be even better if the "View Hours" would show the day totals, not just shift and week totals. It is grouped nicely when viewed in a browser.

I appear to have most recent update but I can’t access "manage time sheet” as my coworkers can. Help????

I been using TimeClockPlusv7 for more than 2 years in my old phone w/o issues, I bought a new phone and I been trying to install TimeClockPlusv7 for almost 2 weeks and doesn’t work. Just show en Error, so I try to download TimeClockPlusv7 in my old phone again and doesn’t work nether!! 😠😤😡

I have not been able to clock in on TimeClockPlusv7 a single time since I have downloaded it. There are supposed to be buttons on top of the screen that just don’t exist in TimeClockPlusv7. I do not recommend using TimeClockPlusv7 for company, comercial or any kind of use.

Worked great for months. Then, it just hung. Deleted app, reinstalled. Had me go back through the process of setting it up and now it hangs on badge number, so now it’s worthless.

Everytime I try and sign in a get an error that says “you do not have access to MobileClock application” help ):

I wish TimeClockPlusv7 had Siri Shortcuts integration so that I could tell Siri to clock me in or out, and TimeClockPlusv7 would process the command.

Otherwise, this is a fairly good app and does what I expect.

You would think a time and attendance software company would be able to release an app that could do the basic functions needed for time and attendance tracking. TimeClockPlusv7 is mediocre at best, and I am more shocked when it works than when it doesn't.

Up until the last week or two TimeClockPlusv7 worked great and I had no complaints. Recently, TimeClockPlusv7 updated and I can no longer approve my hours through TimeClockPlusv7 .

I’ve made a mistake while clocking in and would like to have the option of being able to delete a time stamp.

I run a small team and TimeClockPlusv7 saves me time and money.

This is why I hate updating my apps. I usually never do but was leaving for a business trip and updated them the night before. Now leaving for my trip I can't clock in via phone.....

Need to update! I have internet on my phone obviously but it keeps saying I’m offline!
