I have been using the Joule app for several years. It connects to the Joule fine, but recently the videos have stopped loading. Everything else is great - any suggestions?
Joule app keeps crashing. Every time I open it, it crashes. Anyone else having this issue?
Hello friends. Yesterday I was doing a long sous vide at 150 deg and twice it quit circulating and the water temp fell. So I tried to "Stop Joule" to start over but the app was frozen and it would not respond. I was able to get it going by deleting the Joule app from my iphone, then I downloaded it again, and started over with my sous vide. I had to do this twice in 12 hours. Please advise! Thanks! Scott
