I had the app years ago with it associated with my other email, foxyroxyangel@redacted I got the account through tmobile Tuesday promoting it. I have android and I want to start using that app again it was really useful. Now it's gone.

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Panna app issues:

Force Stop the Panna App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Panna app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Panna to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Panna App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Panna app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Panna.

Fix Panna unable to contact server/ Panna internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Panna » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Panna » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Panna on android.
