On board qantas flight. Latest version not working on iOS 13. Failing to link with location services despite permission settings being active. Please download alternative entertainment on your device if you use an Apple product as you will be stuck with nothing.

Scan the QR code to a movie or show you want to watch on the airplane. This opens the browser, then opens the AppStore so you can download the Entertainment App. Okay, all done. So scan the QR code again. This opens the browser, then opens the AppStore and takes you to the Entertainment App you just downloaded. You hit open, which opens the entertainment app but does not take you to the show you want to watch. The app also has no search function. So long story short. Itβs useless.
