I have tried multiple times with different emails that I use all the time, and it keeps saying the password is incorrect. I know I am typing it correctly. They are both gmails. This needs to be fixed.

Classcraft is very glitchy and crashes all the time. I have been using Classcraft for over 6 months, and what I have noticed is that they try to add in new features instead of improving performance in each update. If they could also have it support the screen of the iPhone X, that would be very helpful. By the way, just use the desktop version, it is much better.

If you could add quests for iOS and add an app on Google Play and on the Microsoft store, that would be helpful.

I personally don’t always have access to a computer and WiFi. I would like to get my messages on my phone not only on my laptop & since I’m always on the road and not always sitting down in front of my laptop at home with WiFi. I get the notification on my phone but once I open it and go to Classcraft nothing pops up. I would like to communicate with my teachers with seeing the messages they sent me.

I don’t know what the point of Classcraft is. You literally can’t do anything on here except award points and send messages. Everything else you click on will give you an error message that says: “Oops! This page can only be viewed on a desktop computer.” You can’t even view quests.

I like the concept and the desktop version, but this doesn’t work. You can’t see the game feed and it crashes when you click on messages. Please fix.

Excellent concept but app is buggy. I’ve been using CC nearly 2 years now. Desktop is great but app is hit and miss. In Classcraft , I just tried to click on a student to unlearn a power and app crashes repeatedly-

I’m a student, and we use this app for our work. I had recently downloaded Classcraft onto my iPhone, so then I wouldn’t have to get my chromebook to do all my assignments. With the new iOS 14, I decided that it would be great for when my teacher assigns work with videos, because then I could open Google Docs and answer the questions related to the video, and have the video playing at the top of the screen using picture-in-picture. Today my teacher assigned work for us to do with a video and I thought that it would be a great opportunity to multitask while filling out the questions. I opened Classcraft , which was very buggy and slow today, (It can’t be the iPhone it’s brand new from the Apple Store) and clicked on the assignment and started working. It had worked great for the first video, but when I went to the second one, this is when it started getting bad. The video would crash every 5 minutes, it took way to long to load, and it just kept on happening, over and over again. I wish that they would fix this because it made my experience overall awful, and it just makes Classcraft look bad. I hope you all found this entertaining or what not, but that is all I have to say about Classcraft.

My main complaint is that if I'm using Classcraft and my screen on my phone goes inactive the whole app has to reload... This really needs to be able to run in the background.

I am trying to respond to families from Classcraft on my phone and Classcraft keeps refreshing and erasing my message. I am not doing anything to make it refresh (ie pulling down on the screen) and have to speed type as well as send 1 sentence at a time. This is ridiculous and a complete waste of my time. PLEASE FIX THIS!!!

The main reason I keep Classcraft on my phone is for the notifications. The work perfectly. Otherwise, I always use my desktop or even use my phones browser and go to the this app site. I hate having to re log in all the time on Classcraft . And it doesn’t have access to quests. Also I can’t select and deselect students to award xp like I can in the browser. Worth having for notifications but that’s about it.

This is a message to all the teachers and users that can’t figure out how the iOS app works...first off the support team at this app are great guys and gals that are more than willing to help you solve any problems if you just ask, so don’t give them a bad rating just because you can’t figure it out..secondly make sure your device is updated to latest version of iOS and make sure the game is updated to the latest version..all major features are only available on the desktop version while Classcraft is meant to be mostly a take home secondary feature so they can complete quests and turn in assignments, train the pets, buy new items and even though some features can be used in class too, it’s not the main purpose..I’ve been using it for only 6 months and everything works fine if you know what you are doing..they are always coming out with new features and updates so I’m excited to see what they have planned for the next few months..the new vr quest is sure to be a hit with the students, and I’m sure the other new features they are planning will be a huge help for many teachers. So in conclusion don’t hate on them and give it a bad rating, they are doing a great job and just trying to make our jobs more fun and easy.

So I’m a student in a class of 32 students we are crazy all the time but then when we got introduced to this app we got way better

My kids love class craft. We use quests for assignments, random events to start our day, and the wheel of destiny for classroom discussion. My kids want to perform behaviorally and academically because of this app incentives. They want to protect their friends when they fall down. Great app and great program.

The support team are the real heroes of the story here. If there’s a problem ASK FOR HELP. They will more than happily assist you.
Classcraft should have 5 star ratings all around.
They go above and beyond to help you in any way they can. Btw if you’re so lucky to talk to Kenneth or Jenny treat them well. They’ll help you out in the BEST way possible.

My teacher used this in 7th grade and the whole class was unseeded with leveling up and getting cool cloths we all had a competition we’re who ever was the highest level by the end of the year they would win something so we would always want to level up.

I love this program and so do the kids! I’m still learning in which ways it is best to implement and find the time to build solid systems both for myself and my students. I am DYING for an Apple Watch component. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE. It would do a world of wonders for teachers that are using the program and working their hardest at making all of the tools work for their kiddos.

21st century students love a good game and I’m always up for the challenge. You made it super easy to meet their needs and then some!!! I have more compliments and interactions within the student community towards each other. The personalization is key for me to include everything in one place. Look, the way to tell if an app is great is by its User Interface, whether or not Classcraft is able to do what it should do, and should not be just good for what it does. Classcraft meets none of these criteria. ISSUE #1: There are multiple times in which I will go to Classcraft and I get stuck at the login. And I have to wait extended amounts of time for it to load.
ISSUE #2: School is not some game. Especially when you are in high school. If you think, you are making high schoolers' lives better think again. Classcraft is rubbish and actually has raised my stress level. Classcraft is only useful for elementary school students. Make you advertisements directed towards them.
