I've done everything suggested, my app still won't work. Can't put tickets in and when I go to my rewards it just buffering. All other apps on my phone are working fine

Won't let me scan my lottery tickets for my rewards. And not getting that app on my phone, when I been doing this for years.I forget what my password information, and when I try to reset a new password it won't let me get it for some reason unknown .
