My company uses Helpscout. While I do like the platform okay, the political agendas pushed through the platform are HORRIBLE! I am so sick of the BS that constantly pops up on the screen when the inbox is emptied. Keep your political BS opinions to yourself and stop promoting your unintelligent agendas! It's amazing that the CEO of the company, whose most likely Jewish, would promote a horrible "religious holiday" like Ramadan, which is a holiday created by Mohamed when Ramadan caught him raping his wife! When Ramadan caught him doing this horrible act, and was going to kill him, Mohamed stopped him by saying that he would create a holiday in his honor for allowing this. This is Ramadan! Do you people not see what is going on with Islam and Sharia law! They desire to kill the Jews 1st, then all of the other infidels after that, WAKE UP PEOPLE!!!!!!! This is NOT a joke!!! Stop supporting EVIL STUFF!!! Freaking do your homework and stop living in your own self-centered fantasy world!!!!!

I’ve been a HelpScout user since 2013. My business inbox has been unable to receive emails for the past three days (!!!!) and yet we can not for the life of us get ahold of any one at HelpScout to address the problem. There’s no phone number and no one responses to our live chat requests. Totally unacceptable for a company built to providing a tool for CRM!!!

When I open the app, it shows a white screen with the logo for 3 seconds before force closing. I’m on an iPad Pro. Sometimes the app works, but more often than not it doesn’t.
I’d have more patience for this if this wasn’t a service I pay for :/. Help Scout won’t work on my iPad’s browser (requires JavaScript) either, so some of us rely on this app to work to do our jobs.

Chat should be the most important feature in the iOS app, but for some reason it is completely missing. Emails can wait, but chat needs immediate response. Why?!?
