Since Tuesday morning I have not been able to use Scoutly. The app displays the message “You are on the Lite Plan”, even though I am currently subscribed to the Professional Plan. I reinstalled the app and logged in with the same username and password as before, and the app charged me twice. I reported the issue and shared a screenshot of the charges with A Seller Support, along with several follow‑up emails. After two days, I finally received a response stating that the issue was caused by an iTunes subscription and that I needed to contact Apple to unsubscribe. I spoke with an Apple advisor, and they confirmed that I do not have any iTunes subscription and that there are no issues on their end. Despite this, my Monthly Pro Plan was downgraded to Lite. I contacted support several times yesterday requesting that this be resolved to avoid a double charge, yet I was still billed twice for February ($38.15 on 2/4 and $35.00 on 2/11). Support has not responded since, and it feels as though my emails are being ignored. I need immediate assistance with restoring my Professional Plan and resolving the duplicate charge. Please escalate this to someone who can actually address the issue. If I do not receive a response, I will have to share this experience publicly on X and Facebook, as I rely on this app for my business.

Used to be a solid option.

The last two updates have really lowered the ease and convenience of the app. After a few scans the rank of items disappears and you have to restart the app. The keyboard feature to type isbn’s can definitely use some tweaking. Some letters don’t type well. For iPhone X when punching in the zero key it doesn’t always take it and then you have to delete everything start all over. App used to be simple and effective but has been going downhill with the latest updates.

Keeps Crashing

When I go to Adv Triggers, then books, app crashes and shuts down. I’m using iPhone XS Max iOS 13.3.1. Also when phone is in dark mode, you can not see the text in the triggers when trying to select a value. Please fix ASAP, I like all of the different triggers you offer vs ScoutIQ, but this is not a stable release. Also I have tried to uninstall, restart phone, and reinstall, but still having issues.

First off the new update has some bugs in it. When using a barcode scanner most paper back book like novels scan as a high value Batman book? It will show the right price if you scan with your phone and scan the ISBN number. Also not a big fan of the new layout and there new pricing layout and info. Thinking about going back to scoutiQ. I do like how it shows pricing on other item then just books though. It was a really good app just a few months ago hopefully they can get the bugs worked out quickly
