Wayback is okay and they attempt to make it easy to use. The quick reorder function should have item numbers assigned and is flawed. Especially when you try and change something. The real issues show when you have a problem. When it’s user error they make it impossible to modify or cancel an order. They don’t give order numbers or any way fix your mistake.

I have ordered from here several times.
But my last experience was disappointing.

I ordered through Wayback and I went to the restaurant at my pick up. I went in ahead of a gentleman who was white and we both waited for our orders. Out of respect for the cooks, and the servers we waited there. They ask the other gentleman who was standing behind me diagonally. They get his order and the gentleman leaves. I stand there for a few more minutes and I decide to just not waste any time and ask the server. They were surprised that nobody attended to me. And even more they assumed I was there to pickup for doordash, ( to deliver the food to someone else possibly).
I said nothing to indicate I was there delivering for doordash. I only spoke to get my own meal.

I’m Indian by race, and I was standing ahead of the other gentleman who was attended to sooner.

I found the service very discriminating and disappointing .

Spent some time setting up the pro forma account, then proceeded to hit the menu key and got absolutely nothing. Searched for some sort of workaround with zero results. So much for my vision of using this for curbside pickup.
Left me with impression that I didn’t have to set up my credit card info right away. Reading other reviews, I discovered they couldn’t see the menu either until they entered credit card. Not good.

I was in a hurry to grab some dinner for my kids and I remembered it was kids night at this app Burger. So I downloaded Wayback and it takes me to safari anyways for the menu. But my issue is that every time I try to click the down arrow to find other items besides burgers it quits working!
So I literally turned the car around and went someplace else to grab food. Lost my business. I have yet to ever try the place.

this app is great but Wayback leaves a lot of room for improvement. When you select an old order you can’t edit the items very well. It keeps pulling up the same item from your order when you try to select another item. It’s not easy to navigate and only works well if you always start with a new order or order the exact same thing as last time. But the restaurant is awesome.

The whole process from create account and ordering just seemed off. Wayback ran well but the way it was set up was off. Then I got to the ordering, they wouldn’t let me place an order with out saving my credit card info in their account. Shame that’s why I never completed my order. Add Pay is a must. Then clean up the user experience. Good job for not being buggy and such.

A lot better than that last crappy app they put out, but seriously lacks originality. They straight up copied the Starbucks app. The pre-sign in menu link just opens a browser, which should keep you in Wayback instead. If you sign in, there is no food menu link without clicking “order ahead”. Instead should be in the application Menu or front page. Directions to restaurants default to Walk directions instead of Driving.

Being a fan of Red Robin’s pretzels and beer cheese I was disappointed with my this app order of the same. When my order came the plate gave me 9 decent sized pretzels with bier cheese that was mustard yellow in the form of a thick glob filling the container only half way. The pretzels were hot and soft. For the $3.99 price I expected more pretzels and at least bier cheese you could dunk your pretzels in.

Well, I have heard about this place for years, but only started going for around 9 months which I must say the Food is Amazing, and the employees are friendly. I’m not sure how they make the Burgers taste so good, but don’t mess with perfection. Great Job !! ( Cheesy Burger Combo, and Vanilla Milkshake ) Hope you guys expand to the Travelers Rest area in the near future. Fountain Drink “Coke” was Watered Down way to much to enjoy, but the Food, and Service were Great ***

My very first time ordering from this app and I’m glad I did. I ordered the impossible melt and it was delicious. The only downfall about this app is that when you place your first order they give you a reward of a this app classic burger. I don’t eat meat, so I can’t get rewarded. I think they should have a alternative choice of rewards for the vegetarian’s.

But service is lacking. 30 minute wait time for curbside pickup? I order, sit in curbside area. No one come out to check on me. Folks pull up, go in and get their orders before I am given a look? Bad customer service at curbside. Do better. Curbside means we should not have to go inside. Order ahead? Why, when going inside is quicker?

Wayback is great. You can order ahead and it is ready when you arrive. Orders have always been right. Plus when you go to pick it up the staff is always friendly.

I just want to say that the front and back of staff here at the Bacons Bridge this app Burger location works really hard and it doesn’t go in noticed! The food is always on point and probably my husband’s favorite place to eat!!

Wayback is super intuitive. I love how everything is organized. It’s so. Easy to see what you’re getting an how much it costs because everything is updated in real time.

Handy app to get great food. Order ahead and select curbside delivery and your food is waiting for you when you get there. Easy to customize items and app also saves orders so you can repeat orders exactly. Earn point for discounts.

The usability of Wayback is fine, but what’s the point using it if a) the store doesn’t get the order or b) they don’t check the computer to see if they got a mobile order? Technology is great...if people can use it and implement it correctly.

I’m not sure when my this app opened but I know I found it soon after it opened and have relished every time I have returned. The folks that serve me are as pleasant as I could ever want. They are quick, efficient, and courteous. I couldn’t ask for a more friendly atmosphere. Thank you this app. I’m really enjoying myself when I eat there.

I would totally give this up for stars if it wasn’t for the lack of Apple pay at check out. In this day and age I think it’s almost imperative for a online food ordering service to offer such options. It simply streamlines the checkout process and honestly makes me more likely to order food from you guys due to the ease of use.

Wayback is very simple to use. It seemlessly walks you through the start of your order to the end with ease. The included point system is a treat as you work your way towards various rewards with each purchase. I highly recommend it.

I followed the directions in an email they sent me to get a buy one get one deal that should have applied at checkout but it did not. I contacted the company and they sent a picture showing it looked fine on their end and were unresponsive when I sent pictures of what it looks like for me which did not match. Not worth the time to even use this terrible app.

The mobile website can’t display a PDF and I thought downloading Wayback would make it easier. Instead, it directed me away from Wayback to my webpage where I couldn’t view it to begin with. Horrible mobile interface. Extremely disappointed and probably won’t use it again.

I would like the option to maintain more than one payment option and an option for cash at pickup.
Works well and easier and better than standing at counter
