Can’t log in with my credentials. It says there is no account with my email address. I have to go to website. Am deleting app.

We have called numerous time the technical service he has been brought to their attention over and over the application has an issue we cannot scan the driving license. We have tried over and over multiple time on different occasion. The problem doesn’t come from one person. It is multiple people different places and with different devices at multiple times and it’s been months. We have been calling service finance and nothing has been done. So far this is pushing us to use another application. It’s a big problem we use in-home sales and efficiency is the most important we are extremely affected by that, please fix this ASAP. We have been begging thank you. It’s been over six months that me and my team have been calling. Some people end buying a new iPad a new phone …still same problem. No one cares ….

Why would release this like this?
Customers want ServiceFinanceDealerApp . To pay you knuckleheads. The web interface is not ideal. Get the customer app out.

I downloaded ServiceFinanceDealerApp to make life easy by paying my payment on my phone. It won’t let you login with the credentials.

ServiceFinanceDealerApp is not for customers, for some reason. ServiceFinanceDealerApp title should distinguish that, but it doesn’t. There is no app for paying back loans, which is crazy in 2022 for a primarily online loan business.

Received letter saying account was past due. Called and asked what was going on. We had not received a statement yet. They said there is nothing they can do. Don’t have e-statements either. This company is out to hurt people credit. RUN.

I have used their website on my pc for account management. I decided to try the mobile app. Impossible to login. It does not recognize my credentials. Absolutely useless.

One must believe that you intentionally make it difficult for the customer to make payments on their loan. Do not use this company to finance a loan. Dealers, you’re doing your customers a disservice by using Service Finance

Please update ServiceFinanceDealerApp so I can use iPhone 14 pro. The cameras are new and ServiceFinanceDealerApp won’t scan drivers license with it. Very frustrating when you’re trying to quickly work with customers.

Please make a customer app as well so we can make payments on an app and not have to go online. Or add an option at the start when you open ServiceFinanceDealerApp to choose if you are a dealer or customer. Then you can have one big app.

I have been trying to pay my loan on my phone and it keeps telling me my login ID or password is wrong. It is not wrong. I used the same login and password on my computer and it worked fine. Needs to get it fixed.

Why do you have an app you your dealers but not your customers. Make it make sense. Paying the bill through the website is a pain. I’ll never deal with another company that uses you again if you don’t come out with a customer app.

I downloaded ServiceFinanceDealerApp for work which on every device I cannot login but if I open it in safari it works. Don’t know if it’s a glitch on this end but it needs resolved in order for my company to use it. There is also zero help with the issues.

What is the point? My login with all the correct info doesn’t work. It always takes an hour to figure out how to login to pay my bill. I guess these phony companies want to make it as difficult as possible to pay the loan back so they can send a collection agency after you.

Wouldn’t the world just be great. Only if this stupid app was something a customer could use to track your payments and see your account? Service finance this is not the 1990”s. Dial up internet is a thing of the past flip phones are gone too. This paper billing you have along with not being able to see me account should be gone just like my old flip phone.

I have been paying using mobile site but i thought why not through their app? So i downloaded and added to my bills folder. But when i logged in, it doesn’t recognize my login credentials! I quadruple checked on my phone and literally typed each character for my user amd password and it went through using their mobile site but ServiceFinanceDealerApp does NOT recognize it why???????? Super annoying!

I thought you were developing an for customers that was supposed to come out in 2022???

I really enjoy using ServiceFinanceDealerApp. It's user-friendly, and I found it easy to understand and complete tasks. However, there's been an ongoing issue for over a year now that's affecting my entire team. We are unable to scan a driver's license to automatically input the necessary information.

Since I work in in-home sales, it's crucial to quickly fill in all the customer details when they agree to payments. Unfortunately, ServiceFinanceDealerApp's inability to scan DLs has been causing delays and making the whole process less time-efficient. Punctuality is essential for us to stay on top of our appointments, and this glitch affects both my iPhone and other iPhones used by the team.

I hope the development team can prioritize addressing this issue as soon as possible. Overall, it's a great app, but improving the DL scanning functionality would significantly enhance its effectiveness for sales professionals like me.

I love ServiceFinanceDealerApp! It makes it very easy to show customers how much the monthly payments will be on the various loan option. You can also complete the entire process in minutes. Customers love it too!

I don’t know why ServiceFinanceDealerApp has 2 stars I think most of you are illiterate. Compared to other finance apps, this one is a dream, flawless in my opinion. License scanning always works, immediately updates approvals etc. can’t ask for more and user friendly input with auto fill with license scan. Y’all are doing great service finance, high approval rates. Really appreciate everything. Can’t help people who have no common sense or aren’t following instructions for set up. ServiceFinanceDealerApp is great!
