Excellent Keto App

Stupid Simple is an excellent way to track your Keto Macros. Initially I downloaded the free one and liked it so much I upgraded within two days. I love that I can add my own food but I also love the number of preloaded food choices and the search bar. Another feature I think is handy is the calorie bank. It tracks what calories you don't use in the day, "banks" them, and displays them so you can use them some other time. Just a suggestion but I'd love a macro bank too! I also really like how the app asks you if you are ready to go to the next day. You can even go back to any previous dat to add food you forgot! The only slightly negative thing I would say is if you do add food from a previous day it does not appear to subtract the calories from the bank. Either way this app rocks!!! I have recommended it to everyone I know! Just discovered you can add notes to each day too! This app is awesome!

This app is helping me to lose weight!

After doing research on nutrition I decided to give keto try and realized I needed an app to begin tracking. I’ve never been good at tracking anything but this app works. The one time price for the full version is very reasonable compared to other apps I looked at with similar features so I decided to pay and I’m so glad I did. The grid layout and the food icons make the app very engaging and easy to use. You answer a few questions. The app sets your daily fats, protein, carb, and calorie targets for weight loss. I have tracked every day and lost 9 pounds in 20 days without feeling hungry. It works! The only feature I would wish for is the ability to sync with apps that track my weight, but manually entering my own weight periodically is not a dealbreaker for me. I can honestly say that this app more than any other is improving my health. Thanks

Best keto app hands down!

I’ve used this app for 16 day’s and lost 11.4 pounds. It easily calculates your calorie needs for weight loss and you can adjust your macro percentages. I use 5% carbs, 75% fat, and 25% protein. This app easily keeps you in check without all the work. I hate logging food on paper, but this is actually fun to use. The one-time upgrade fee is worth every penny. Create a meal by choosing how much of each ingredient you’ve used, enter amt. of servings and it does all the macro math for you! You choose how many servings you eat in your log and presto, it’s automatically calculated. I love scanning items that have lower carbs than what’s on the list. It tracks your weight progress and displays a day and average overall pie chart of your macro percentages. Everything you need is here for success and it makes keto easy. Thank you to the developers! Please don’t change a thing!
