Contact Stupid Simple Keto Diet App Support

I downloaded the app a few days ago and I was really liking it to log my macros and to help me stay on track. In order to scan in products, I decided to buy the app. It was working great then today I went to go into the app to enter my new weight, and the app would not load. It just kept telling me it was refreshing data or something. So I deleted the app and re-downloaded it and now it’s telling me that there’s no account associated with my email address! It’s just saying I’m on day 1 and it should say day 4! I’m not scanning in products and starting all over again in the app. I can’t even log back into my account! If this doesn’t get resolved, I want my money back. UPDATE: changing my review from 3 stars to 1 stars. I’m still trying to fix this problem!! I try to login and it doesn’t work so I put the “forgot password” option. I enter the email and it says there’s no account associated with that email! So I tried to even start over by creating a new account and it tells me there’s already an account associated with that email! Sooo which is it?? I can’t login or even create a new account!! I want my $9.99 back that I just paid yesterday. I feel ripped off.

I downloaded this app a year ago when I first tried Keto and it worked well. I was able to add my foods quickly and efficiently and adjust nutritional information where needed. Decided to download it again yesterday and it was a complete headache from the beginning. I tried reactivating my old account and it wouldn’t accept my password. I hit the Forgot My Password link and it stated that a link should appear in my email. I never got the email and set up a new account using the same email address. Once logged in, I was not able to adjust the default nutrition information for servings, ie 1 serving of cheese to 0 carbs. At 0 carbs, the food would register as 0 calories, 0 protein, everything. On top of that, every time I would log a meal/snack, it would go into “refreshing your data” mode and completely erase a day of logging. I had to log erased meals 3 different times until I finally gave up and deleted the app altogether. I will find a new app because this one is pure frustration.

I had the original app. It pretty much kept track of your intake for you. You had your daily allowance, a full list of different foods, you picked what you wanted and how much then the slide bar told you how many grams you had left for the day. You made your own adjustments. Simple graph. It was like “Deal A Meal.” When you picked what you wanted and tracked intake, you reached your daily intake and were done eating for the day. This original app was the same except you could make adjustments on your daily intake and food choices to suit your plan. Now, if someone needs it spelled out ie; egg+cheese+bacon then that’s just going over the top. Who on earth doesn’t know what foods that they personally think tastes good together? They really are a dummy if they can’t figure that out on their own. Bring back the gram graft, the list of foods with grams and adjustments option, progress chart and viola! Done! Get rid of the extra blah blah blah, it takes up too much space on my phone.
