iParentApp is terrible. After multiple updates and having to uninstall and reinstall iParentApp , it still doesn’t work. It stalls in the “loading profile” phase. This is not unique to a single user but nearly all people using it within our community of users. If there was another option available to us, we would use it without hesitation.
Frustrating experience. My wife’s account is stuck in limbo with an obtuse error message, and bo response from help desk for almost a week now.
Having to input password every time really tedious - then when you’re in, UI very poor. Slow to respond.
Not user friendly - no option to contact them for any question - no option to add another student to the same account -
Can never ever log in successfully on the first attempt , always having issues logging in and it’s just frustrating
