This App is terrible.

This App is terrible. After multiple updates and having to uninstall and reinstall the App, it still doesn’t work. It stalls in the “loading profile” phase. This is not unique to a single user but nearly all people using it within our community of users. If there was another option available to us, we would use it without hesitation.
Buggy app and no response from help desk

Frustrating experience. My wife’s account is stuck in limbo with an obtuse error message, and bo response from help desk for almost a week now.
Poor user interface, slow, no auto-login

Having to input password every time really tedious - then when you’re in, UI very poor. Slow to respond.
