My Pocket Rain Gauge is not loading today keeps spinning and says to retry. I have never had this problem before. Please help.

When trying to adjust amount of rainfall for my area it keeps saying a network connection is a problem. Never had problems before.

To resolve Pocket Rain Gauge network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the Pocket Rain Gauge App
1. On android, goto Settings » Pocket Rain Gauge » click [Force Stop]

Clear Pocket Rain Gauge App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Pocket Rain Gauge » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Pocket Rain Gauge.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Pocket Rain Gauge » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Pocket Rain Gauge » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Pocket Rain Gauge
