Hi. On my iPhone Pisa app, I accidentally highlighted a route LO22 (ligne 22) and now can't remove it nor enter the routes I'm actually interested in (T74 & Y84). Can you tell me how to do this please? Thank you

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Pysae app issues:

Force Stop the Pysae App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Pysae app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Pysae to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Pysae App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Pysae app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Pysae.

Fix Pysae unable to contact server/ Pysae internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Pysae » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Pysae » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
