Hi. On my iPhone Pisa app, I accidentally highlighted a route LO22 (ligne 22) and now can't remove it nor enter the routes I'm actually interested in (T74 & Y84). Can you tell me how to do this please? Thank you

How to fix Pysae app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Pysae app on iPhone
Update Pysae app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Pysae iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Pysae on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Pysae network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Pysae Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Pysae not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Pysae App
1. On android, goto Settings » Pysae » click [Force Stop]

Update Pysae to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Pysae App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Pysae » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Pysae.

Fix Pysae unable to contact server/ Pysae internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Pysae » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Pysae » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Pysae
