Downloaded Wings and was logged in ready to go. Went to hit start after countdown. Would not let me start. Tried logging out and back in. No one at race was able to help me. Re installed app. Still no luck. Had already paid and gotten race number, emails confirmations, etc. Very dissatisfied.
I have never had an app create so much frustration. Deserves zero stars. It sounded like a cool concept so I downloaded it. If you don’t complete sign in from start to finish it automatically starts you all over. Also, there is no event locations for hosted events so I have no clue if I can run one near me, which is what I would prefer. Either way, save yourself 15 minutes of frustration and pass on this terrible app. Instead run a local 5k where the proceeds go to charity.
Wings was so well structured and easy to navigate. I did lose gps but that was because I went too far into the woods.
Great app fun to run with but it would be nice to have in on Apple Watch so I don’t have to bring my phone.
App worked without any glitches. Easy to use.
Wings was perfect. Just the right amount of motivation. Helped me exceed my goal by almost 1 mile.

Brilliant digital experience and worked seamlessly from a technical perspective (not a given with >250,000 runners starting at the same time)
I did 8 1/2 miles
and I’m fasting
so I’m not able to drink or eat anything until eight in the evening
so still 11 hours

Your own music while it gives you cool updates.
Downloaded it today and took a training run. Super easy to use and worked great. Can’t wait for the race in May!

Great run app, only got distance call outs at the half mile, so easy to get into a groove but still know where you are in the race
super cool app! Love the concept and most of all the mission of Wings. Super fun to do with friends, family, or even by yourself. Happy to say i wouldn’t of pushed myself without Wings!

Instead of resetting my password it deleted my WFL account.
App keeps telling me I need to update although I JUST did the update!
The update did not work. It will not open. Please fix as soon as possible.
However, when I open the AppStore to update, there IS no update. It just opens Wings again, and Wings tells me to install the update.
Wings use to be really functional. I was able to do training runs easily.
With the last upgrade Wings is practically useless.
The training run does work unless the phone is open and Wings is running. This makes no sense especially since they force you to have GPS on always in order to use Wings .
Revert back to the old version because this new version is a piece of junk.
