MealViewer To Go Reviews

I have two stars because it’s nice to have something like this, but it’s pretty poorly executed.

When I was able to make an account (it was difficult), MealViewerToGo crashed. I would say that it works about 50% of the time I use it. Outside of that, it flashes and is stuck on the home page and won’t load. Once it does that, it’s basically a wash for the day.

After a while it will get you to your menu and then it works fine. :)

So I love MealViewerToGo to see what my food is the next day, right? Well, it will let me see my breakfast for that day but not my lunch? I just though that was really weird because usually it’ll let me see my lunch.

I set up a profile when I got MealViewerToGo and now when I open MealViewerToGo , my allergens are crossed off everyday.

You can find the school but once clicking on it it just starts spinning around like it’s thinking and never does load anything. What a bummer, this would of been a nice app parents and kids could use to see what they are having for hot lunch each day.

I am able to see my kids school but not the actual menu. I have tried to delete MealViewerToGo and re download it. It still doesn’t work.

Fix your app or do not offer it. When signing up, once you put your email address in, it freezes. Tried multiple times.

I’ve been trying to use MealViewerToGo for a month now and it’s still not working. After selecting the school it will not open a menu

MealViewerToGo will not even locate our school! This is ridiculous!!! Why not just keep the menus like they were? On your local page?!?!

It is not working at all. Crashes and will not load meals. Please fix this ASAP!!

All it shows is the breakfast menu

MealViewerToGo does not allow you to create an account which I am assuming, though don't know for sure, would allow you to have quick access a particular school menu. But you can't create an account because MealViewerToGo hangs on the screen where you enter the school name and then you can't finish the account set up. When I tried my other child's school, MealViewerToGo told me the school was not found when clearly the school is in the database because I am able to pull up the school and the associated menu in the search bar when you first open MealViewerToGo ! Having to search for the school EACH time you open MealViewerToGo is counter to the concept of quick easy access.

I downloaded MealViewerToGo after getting frustrated from trying to open a pdf menu on my phone. Im so happy my school has this option. MealViewerToGo is such a quick and easy tool that has been much needed in the morning routine. Menus are up in seconds as well as nutrition and allergy info. Easy to use, clean layout, and the kids love it.

I like being able to look at the school menus easily but I am unable to take schools off of my list that my kids no longer attend. Also, I somehow have duplicate profiles for both of my kids and I am unable to delete them. In the past, allergy-alerts when I viewed the menus through the district app but did not show up when I viewed the menus directly on the MealViewer App. All-in-all MealViewerToGo needs lots of updates and corrections. I have never had an app where I could add things to my profile but not delete things from it.

This is a great app when it comes to viewing what is being served for breakfast/ lunch throughout the week. It would be awesome if we could see the purchases being made by our kids! I’ve seen other school districts that have this hopefully this could be integrated into MealViewerToGo .

Cannot login or create an account, gets stuck on the "enter email screen". Because of this, you have to search for the school every time you open MealViewerToGo which is very cumbersome. It shouldn't take 6 minutes to find my kid's lunch menu on an app in 2017. Last school year MealViewerToGo worked great, now it is not useful. It is way easier to go to the county website and download the monthly lunch menu. MealViewerToGo is not recommended.

Really enjoy MealViewerToGo! Let’s me know what kids are having! But please fix MealViewerToGo! Ever since I updated it won’t come up! Lots of parents can’t get this working! Please fix! Updated and still not working☹️

Brilliant app for keeping an eye on what the kids are being fed.. Can't wait for more schools to be added so it'll be easier to do some comparisons

When I first downloaded MealViewerToGo over a year ago, it worked great. Then, this school year, it has been nothing but issues. It completely stopped working, but I thought the most recent update would fix the bugs - not so much! I still get NOTHING when I try to use MealViewerToGo, and I have to rely on the menus I downloaded from the school website. Very disappointing.
