It’s mind-boggling to have a menu when you cannot see the DATE the menu applies to. I have no idea which day the menu I am looking at is being served, which defeats the purpose of even having a menu. It’s also not an option to look at it in a calendar format so you basically just cannot use the menu with any reliability. Also, it’s nice that I can see what purchases each of my children have made but again, there is no date for when they made those purchases. Please fix this!!!!

We started using TitanFamilyConnect this school year and it’s definitely in need of some updates. To log in, there is no option to save your password. When navigating the lunch menu, it doesn’t tell me what day I’m looking at, so I have to keep track in my head how many times I’ve arrowed forward from the day it opened to, and there is no option to view multiple days at once (ie in a calendar format). I usually have to log onto the website to view things that way, but that is also lacking.

I have a Titan account for 3 of my kids. 2 of them just finished middle school and so I had to set up HS accts for them in the same Titan app. They will not allow me to transfer the funds that I ALREADY PAID THE STUPID FEES for into their HS accts-for the same kids. I know it’s $2.60 each but to me it’s a matter of principles and ethics. They are making DOUBLE profits from kids who need to eat lunch. I hate companies like this. I am going to complain to the school and BBB. Sound trivial? How many other families are they taking advantage of this way? Literally thousands.

Our school system just switched over to the system. I have not needed to load money on my children’s accounts so I can’t review that part. However, on TitanFamilyConnect there is no way to see the breakfast/lunch menu for the whole month. It doesn’t even show what day I’m looking at, so I have to assume it is for the current day. How inconvenient for families who plan lunches for the week or month to have to check it every day the morning of. Link a pdf to the monthly menu for TitanFamilyConnect .

Could not be any worse! I only want a simple, monthly or weekly lunch menu. TitanFamilyConnect makes it difficult to see which day of the menu is on screen.
Instead I get a spread sheet of 5 categories and nutritional info that could be better served on its own app.
Most parents don’t have 5 minutes to navigate to simply see what their child is being served for lunch. Dumb it down a little with a simple pdf of the months menu.
It worked just fine the last 40 years. No reason to make this so difficult.
My only hope is that our school systems aren’t paying to use this service.
I’ll go back to having the school send me a monthly email of what’s for lunch.
It goes right on the fridge, and I’m not fumbling through a login and 4 screens
It could easily add a simple pdf of the months menus.

TitanFamilyConnect is very annoying. Nothing works right the first time and then when it partially works it has you fill out weird things. Like “description” for my address. What does that even mean and why is it required?! Also when trying to search the district for the meal menus it doesn’t work! It just stays red with no further instructions. Honestly I don’t like TitanFamilyConnect at all and I’m annoyed my kids’ school change from the my school bucks app to this garbage.

I’m setting up the account and it keeps giving me an error through each step. I have tried both TitanFamilyConnect & online. I have spent an hour trying to set this up. It keeps kicking me out. I am finally at the payment and I’m afraid to add a credit card with all of these glitches. What parent has time for this? Luckily I only have one child at home.

I like TitanFamilyConnect to check my students’ lunch menu. However every time I open TitanFamilyConnect I have to type the school in and select which campus we are at. Then as I click from day to day, it automatically shows breakfast and I have to select lunch every time. It is very annoying. It would be much better if it could remember me or stay on lunch.

You have to manually log in by inputting your credentials EVERY time you want to interact with the application. It would be ideal if you could either set up a pin, have the application remember the email, or utilize Touch ID, anything to make it easier.
You log in and you see an icon that takes up the entire screen, it’s supposed to represent your child. It’s kind of ugly. The interface needs a makeover as well as the security features.

I appreciate how fast it all is, I just want to dictate how much I deposit per account. I don’t care for the minimum of $10 per account. I think you should do away with the minimum or lower it. I’ve never had any issues and that’s refreshing.*
*I’m trying to deposit lunch money to my kids accounts and the screen keeps flashing...again. This is 3-4 times now and it’s been like this for over 24 hours. Not going be thrilled if I have to go to the ATM, then go to two different schools and go inside each to deliver cash.

When I first downloaded TitanFamilyConnect a couple weeks ago, I could see a weeks worth of dates when checking the menu. Now it is gone, looking like the page is loading incorrectly. Also, how can there be a K-8 AND a middle school option for the same school? Confusing! Which one is ours? I have a 7th grader and a 1st grader going to a K-8. Do they have different options each day?? I feel as in the dark as I would’ve not having access to the menu at all!

We never had a fee using the other school lunch app. So I was ok with adding money as needed and not a large amount as once. Very disappointed there is a fee each time I add money. What happened to the old days we just pay the school and they get a card. Yes this is convenient but I don’t feel they should charge.

Like TitanFamilyConnect but a $2.00 fee every time you deposit money in seems high. Why doesn’t the school have their own way of handling this like they use to? We use to pay the school for lunches and no fee incurred.

Having used other school meal apps, this one is basically the same. Easy to use and navigate. Plus side is you can transfer funds between students if needed, was unable to do that with other apps.
Negative about it (basically the only one I can see) is that you have to log in every single time. It asked permission for bio-I’d ratification upon setting it up, but that has not occurred to date. It gives only one option to log in, which is manually entering email and password. No option to stay logged in either. Would have gotten 5 star if not for that.

App works fine, but every update it loses my log in details but still try’s my faceID. Also the log in doesn’t allow you to switch between apps to cut and paste email and password, the previously entered value wipes out when you come back to it. Annoying when trying to use a password manager as now you have to type your email or password manually.
Would also like the student history section to already be expanded, TitanFamilyConnect has so much room on the side bar so it just takes more taps to get to what you’re after.
Everything works well though, the functionality is all in there.

I love the availability to go in anytime I need to to add money. However the $25 requirement for each child is expensive. Especially when if you’re on a budget and you need to split let’s say $40 between two children. You can’t split it evenly between them.
I don’t like the minimum requirement of $25 for one account it should be lowered. Otherwise parents need to have another option to pay on their child’s lunch account.

My children’s elementary school chose this service to pay for school lunches. The process is self explanatory and only a few steps to complete transactions. So far, there has not been any issues with TitanFamilyConnect. 👍

I love being able to manage my kids account balance from my app. I can get reminders and add money anytime. It has saved me many times from having to go to the school to give them money so they could eat lunch. I also like that I can see if they get any add-one and what they are. I love the flexibility it gives me and the time it saves.

One of the worst app on the market. It’s always down or it doesn’t connect. Initially I couldn’t even add money under 2 of my 3 children account. I have to change the password almost every time I want to log in. And we have to trust them with our credit card information. Unfortunately this is what our school district uses but I would not recommend it to anyone.

The only complaint I have is that parents can’t print the weeks menu - I don’t like having to log in every morning to see what’s on the menu - I make my kids lunch depending on if they like what is being served. Other than that it’s super easy - thanks
