t give you basic functions. However real life, it's nothing like this simulator if they had an occlusion that came up every day or two then you might be talking about a real world simulator for this Insulin pump Simulator Tandem Has a problem with occlusions before warned before you purchased this pump. It's a real life issues. Occlusion stops All Insulin delivery you must change cartridge infusion set tubing. If you are out you do not have these items on hand. This will Cause your blood sugar to go extremely high. your customer service reps are rude they seem to have a attitude. I called about a faulty sensor related to the Dexcom G6 The rep sounded hesitant to replace it. Defective or faulty sensors are required to be replaced according to FDA guidelines.

Was getting familiar with this app-slim pump via your simulator program before deciding to purchase, on my Mac products using iOS 11. Apple just upgraded to ios12. Your simulator is incomparable with iOS 12. Have to quit learning your pump now, maybe this is a temporary problem?? Makes me think Tandem updates and upgrades are in jeopardy for Apple users in future Tandem improvements and compatibility issues. I would appreciate your input to your fix the current issue and also plans to prevent these issues in the future for us interested potential purchasing and users of your system. I like being able to see what my pump is doing without digging it out. One problem is it doesn’this app update as often with out me doing it. t is set to update in the background.
It would be great if you could blouses from t .
If these two issues were solved I would give it a solid five.

I hope Tandem knows that Apple has a USBC Lightning adapter with a port to plug in USB devices in iPad and has a lightening plug so you can plug in a pump( if Tandem had the actual app that uploads reports from the pump for not just a computer but iPad) and a port to plug in the iPad power plug. This means you can plug in a camera or other usb devices and import to iPad and provide power for each at same time. Hopefully Tandem developers a function app for iPad soon.

So first off: I love the simulator. It’s amazing and very realistic, but I wish you could actually go through and like pretend to change the pump. I feel that would make it more realistic. Otherwise, t is very amazing :)!

I just downloaded t because I am very interested in getting this pump and I have no issues with it on iOS 12 or iPhone XS. It’s great! I look forward to getting a feel of the pump via a simulator.

t is ok but my main complaint is that it shows mmol/l with no option to change to mg/dl . I am in a country that uses mg/dl and I do not want to have to calculate what my numbers would be in mmol/l . In response to the reply from the developer. This is for the Tsimulator. If it were for the Tconnect I would have reviewed the Tconnect

t is easy to use and allows me to explore every feature of the Tandem pumps without looking like a silly guided PowerPoint like other pump apps.

I own a this app:slim X2 pump and have LOVED it. If you have ever thought about buying one you should!! Best decision I have ever made. Soooo simple to use and takes no time!!

If it worked with the Dexcom, I could also see what is happening with blood sugar and pump. Because the Decomshows on pump it will not show on Dexcom simply thing. I tried and can only get it on a Dexcom machine. So sad.

Simulator app doesn’this app work in new ios12. It crashes as soon as t is open. Otherwise, t is great when it functions!

If you can navigate a web browser to view the sales material on Tandem’s website, don’this app waste your time with t . I thought that it would actually “simulate” using the pump, or at least let me scroll through the menus. It does not.

I love t but I really wish the alarms and sounds would work because I would like to hear what I’d be hearing if I get the this app-slim.

I downloaded t with full excitement to see if this pump is something I want to get. It crashes upon getting onto it. Does not work. t only has stationary read only pages, but no ability to use the simulation. Very unfortunate.

I was expecting the CGM to actually work and it doesn'this app.

Just started using it. So far pretty happy.

I really want to use t but unfortunately does not work with the new iOS 12. It closes out every time I launch the simulator. Tandem, please update this ASAP!!

I got this to “try out” the this app slim pump. I’ve hadn’this app Medtronic for 14 years and I’m considering switching. However every time I try to open the simulator t automatically closes ☹️

It just won’this app work.
And when it did. It doesn’this app really work like having a pump.

And it's all the really annoying confirmation screens that pop up when you try to deliver a dose. Oh, they also didn'this app manage to "simulate" the super annoying alarm that's impossible to completely disable.

This sort pointless nagging is unfortunately pretty common... At least in my limited experience with diabetic stuff, and if pressed Tandem will imply that the FDA made them do it. Fine, but it's just dishonest to leave this stuff out of your "simulator".

Pro Tip: If you went ahead and bought one of these bad boys... And you probably should because they are pretty, and well made, you can disable that alarm (in some instances), by turning off "key tones"...

Don'this app think about that too hard... I'm sure it's a feature 🤔
