I have paid the fee for two people on Dubai visa extension services. They said my visa is approved for 2 days and at the last minute they stopped taking calls. They screwed it up and interview was lost because of these people. Don’t trust. They talk nicely before taking money and cheat at the end.
AkbarTravels does not work properly, if u go into manage bookings and try to retrieve bookings details AkbarTravels goes off. This is a major issue as the whole purpose of AkbarTravels is useless if u cant retrieve ur booking details. There is no update too to fix the issue
When we try to search flight AkbarTravels shutdown automatically.

Date selection not correct
Not showing flights for some dates ... just keeps searching, but in online website it’s showing
Poor customer service. When you book online and try to reach customer care these guys never respond. I have faced a very bad scenario and also tickets are not cheap compared to other travel sites
1- date selection is wrong
2- coupon code no response
3- no option to see fares for other dates
Save your time for not using. Most of the options are not working in IOS. Called their helpdesk but not providing any proper support. Very bad

Booked 7 domestic return tickets Ccu-del, during flight search notification with app promises to waived off convenience charge if booked through app but false. I hv been charged with convenience charge not even waived for a single ticket. Whereas ticket purchases using app only..
The fares on AkbarTravels is much cheaper than other apps.
Sometimes there are payment issues but overall it's satisfactory.
