Bookings are made incorrectly, app is buggy (calendar displays incorrectly, seats available display doesn’t work well, other pieces of information display incorrectly or not at all). When needed, service can’t be reached. Due to all of these issues, I have had business trips derailed and now just buy tickets in advance at a ticket window as the bugs/mistakes/crap service with ChinaTrainBooking isn’t worth it. Had used in the past, will no longer use. *Update- new experience- I’ve just once again tried to use ChinaTrainBooking to book a trip after my prior negative experience. When I arrived at the station to pick up my ticket, there was no booking. And I have not yet been refunded the cost of the ticket and the service fee. TOTAL FRAUD!
