Love this App!!

i love CardioWorkoutTracker for tracking and recording my workouts. the email summaries are amazing to help me keep track of my workouts as well as the in app history. I also really enjoy setting myself goals through CardioWorkoutTracker and being able to try and complete them each day. I have never been so motivated! highly recommend!
